Huge Church Organ! | What An Amazing Sound! | Hidden Secret Chamber!

This week we visited St Bonifatius in Wiesbaden - the city’s largest and main Catholic Church. Its organ is also pretty special - it’s a hybrid organ - and the church’s huge acoustics are second to none - a truly amazing sound! Organist Gabriel Dessauer handed us the keys to the organ and the church and let us get on with it! Finally I was able to show you how a mechanical action works and then, when we were crawling around inside the organ, we found a rather interesting hidden chamber up at the top of the organ case... You’ll never guess what was inside! At the end I demonstrate the organ with all its features in an improvisation.
