Moshe Ariel Ganelin - Reger in Harlem op. 50 (feat. Lada Labzina) ORGAN JAZZ - Zaryadye, Moscow

The premiere performance of “Reger in Harlem“, the newest opus by Moshe Ariel Ganelin, a world acclaimed organist, improviser, composer, poet. The piece was written specially for Muhleisen organ at Zaryadye Concert hall, Moscow, with extensive usage of two organ consoles and such peculiarities of the instrument as organ sostenuto and programmable couplers. Two name-themes of the piece, REGER and BACH have a dialogue in a bombastic jazz environment. The second organist’s part is performed by Lada Labzina, titular organist of Zaryadye Concert hall.
