Harissa sauce 2 tsp. Olive oil Directions: Mix together the avocado mayo and the harissa sauce and set aside. Place the bacon in a single layer in a large frying pan over medium high heat. As it gets hot, lower the heat and cook by turning the bacon over regularly in the pan until it becomes golden brown and crispy. Remove the cooked bacon to a paper towel covered plate to drain. In another frying pan, drizzle 1 to 2 tsp. of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. Lay the bread on top of the oil and move it around to coat the bread. Toast until a golden brown and then lift a slice out with a spatula and add another tsp of oil under each piece of bread and repeat the browning process. Once the bread is toasted, slather some avocado/Harisssa sauce over a slice of toasted bread and then add a big slice of tomato followed by the bacon, lettuce and avocado. Place more sauce on the top slice of toasted bread and place this on top.
