Gobi 65 an interesting crispy tea time snack recipe made with cauliflower florets and is an ideal party starter or appetizer with a lip-smacking taste and flavour promised in each gobi florets, it is made using cauliflower which is coated in spices, ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Later it is coated in cornflour, rice flour and fried till crispy. #gobhi65 #gobhi #vegstarters #vegrecipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Water as required Salt as required Turmeric powder 1 tsp Cauliflower florets 1 no Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp 1 tsp 1 ½ tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp ½ tsp Salt to taste salt to taste Black salt ½ tsp ½ tsp 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 no Refined flour 1 cup Corn starch ½ cup Asafoetida ¼ tsp Baking soda ¼ tsp Water as required Oil for frying Corn starch 1 tbsp Curd ½ cup Dry red chilli 4-5 no Curry leaves 30 to 40 leaves Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chipped 1 tbsp Asafoetida ½ tsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Prepared curd mixture ½ cup Chaat masala 1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Chopped coriander hand full Method In a kadha ass water , salt , turmeric powder and cauliflower florets and let it get boil once it get’s half done strain the cauliflower and place it on a kitchen paper to remove excess water and keep it aside in an another bowl transfer the strained florets now add red chilli powder , coriander powder , garam masala , turmeric powder , salt to taste , black salt , ginger garlic paste , lemon juice and mix it well with a spoon in an another bowl add refined flour , corn starch , red chilli powder , garam masala , black salt , asafoetida , salt to taste , cooking soda and water as required and mix it well , it should be like a dropping consistency In an another kadhai add oil for frying the florets, now in the prepared batter add the florets and deep fry it In an another small bowl add corn starch , curd , red chilli powder , black salt and mix it well Double fry the pakodas , in an another kadhai add the same hot oil n add dry red chilli ,mustard seeds , cumin seeds , curry leaves , asafoetida , chopped ginger , garlic and prepared curd mixture , fried pakodas and stir fry it , sprinkle some chaat masala , red chilli powder , handful of chopped coriander leaves , mix it well and finally remove it in a serving plate and serve hot Follow me on YouTube for the variety of dishes: Follow me on Facebook: Follow me on Twitter: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Linkedin: Follow me on Pinterest:
