Tonikaku Yasumura, a 40-year-old Japanese novelty act, had the judges and the audience crackin’ up from start to finish with his brilliant audition on Britain’s Got Talent 2,023. Tonikaku, whose name means “anyway” in Japanese, stripped down to his underwear and posed as various characters, such as James Bond, a horse rider, a ballerina and a superhero. He also showed off his impressive flexibility and balance by doing splits and handstands. The judges were amused and impressed by his hilarious performance. Simon Cowell said he loved him and praised his originality and charisma. Sofia Vergara said he was very funny and entertaining. Howie Mandel said he was a breath of fresh air and a star.
