Pachanga performed by Orquestra Aragon of Cuba

This footage features one of the original forms of Pachanga. Pachanga was originally a solo dance and from it’s inception it had several forms. Eduardo Davidson who wrote and choreographed the original song and dances designed it to have five different ethnic groups represented with each having a unique style. The concept of all Cubans embracing their ethnic roots while still celebrating Cuban culture.
