Clashes in Vienna amid lockdown protests across Europe

Subscribe to our channel! Anti-lockdown protesters took to the streets in several European cities. Clashes broke out between protesters and police in Vienna. Austria’s third COVID lockdown was extended recently until February 7. Authorities banned 15 out of 17 registered protests for the weekend on grounds of protecting public health, according to Vienna police This protests was organised by the far-right FPO party and members of the Identitarian movement were among the crowd. In Berlin around 300 people rallied in support of the protest in Austria and to condemn COVID measures.   Riot police cleared out an lockdown protest in the Netherlands.  However there was no repeat of the violence that took place over the previous two weekends.
