Laparoscopic TEP Inguinal Hernia Repair

This video shows a minimally invasive laparoscopic approach (Total Extraperitoneal - TEP) inguinal hernia repair using a 3-port configuration. Although this technique may be considered more advanced and technically challenging for novice laparoscopists, benefits (including improved cosmesis, decreased post-operative pain, and decreased recovery time) may improve the quality of care for patients undergoing this procedure.
