High Weald Steam Working Weekend 2023 (Heavy Haulage)

The High Weald Steam Working Weekend is still a new show with this only being its 2nd year. The show is at Danehill in East Sussex. The Show Features lots to offer from Classic and Vintage Vehicles, Tractors, Trucks, Traction Engines, Steam Rollers, Stationary Engines to the best part of the show for many visitors the Heavy Heavy Haulage goes around the showground and is pulled by different forms of motive power this being Tractors, Heavy Haulage Trucks and of course Steam engines like Steam Rollers, Traction Engines and Road Locomotives. There was plenty of variety as well with the loads on the trailers some having logs on and some having Heavy Machinery on like a Old Diesel Roller and a Diesel Crawler there was even a Railway Wagon Chassis on one trailer. There was displays such as Stationary Engines powering Old Farming Equipment like Water Pumps, Corn Grinders and much more.
