Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you how to make one of our latest dishes, the Eel Tempura Roll. The only ingredient you may have a hard time sourcing is probably the eel but everything else is basic supermarket items. In place of eel, try bacon, ham or even Spam! One thing that even the camera person learned was that Chef Hiro used ice cold water to mix with the tempura batter; this was used so that the reaction between cold batter and hot oil would create a much more crispier outer shell or coating
