Kiev deliberately shelled Kursk Nuclear Power Plant – Russian deputy envoy to UN

Russia’s deputy representative at the UN Security Council has warned that Kiev’s plans of seizing nuclear facilities in the Kursk Region threatens danger for all of Europe. The remarks come as Western countries continue to condone Ukraine’s offensive in the region which has targeted civilian areas.
