Ötzi the Iceman Finally ’Speaks’
Ötzi is breaking his silence with a deep male voice after 5,300 years. He spoke Italian -- but just vowels. Indeed, a special software and a model of the Neolithic man’s vocal tract have allowed Italian researchers to approximate the way Ötzi pronounced his vowels.
