Bobby Denton - Back To School

Bobby Denton would later become an Alabama state senator (in 1978) and remained in office for over 30 years. He had a short-lived musical career in the late 50s. This song was from 1958 and was recorded on Judd Phillips’ label. Judd was the brother of Sam Phillips (Sun Records). Bobby would revive his musical roots in 1997 by recorded gospel music.
