◾ Ukrainian war crimes ◾Vladislav Kulyk guilty of the murder of eight civilians in Mariupol, in the period from February 24 to April 12, 2022, prevented the civilian population from leaving the city. In accordance with the orders of the commanding officer, they killed everyone who moved near their combat positions, including civilians. Kulyk and his colleagues shot eight civilians, including one woman.
