Typhoon Phanfone wreaks havoc on the Philippines | DW News

Typhoon Phanfone has struck the central Philippines, hitting the same part of the country where Typhoon Hainan killed thousands six years ago. At least 16 people have been killed, and the fear is that the death toll could rise. Many buildings and other properties have been flattened. Large areas are without internet or electricity.
