It’s a flavorful and hearty one-pot meal that’s often made on a flat griddle or tawa, giving it a unique and slightly charred flavor. #paneertawapulao #paneerpulao #streetfood #streetstyle #paneerrecipe Ingredients Quantity Garlic cloves 20-25 Whole Red chili soaked 5-6 Oil 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Onion sliced 2 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomatoes roughly chopped 2 Salt to taste Pav bhaji masala 1 ½ tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Carrot cubes 1 Capsicum cubes 1 French beans cubes 1 Boiled rice 2 cups Paneer cut into cubes 250 gms Lemon juice ½ Coriander chopped 1 tbsp Method In a mixer grinder add garlic, soaked red chilli and water. Grind into a fine paste and keep aside. In a wok heat oil and butter. Add cumin seeds, onion and sauté for 3-4 mins Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 mins Add tomatoes, salt and sauté for 3-4 mins Add the prepared and mix well. Add pav bhaji masala, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins while stirring occasionally. Add carrot, capsicum, French beans and mix well. Add rice , paneer, lemon juice and mix well Add coriander chopped and mix well Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
