Libellula Entrance to Ballerina Spinning Pole Combo

Ballerina is such a gorgeous shape on the pole and yet can be so challenging to get into. We’ll be working on a couple of my favorite entry level ways of getting into the ballerina in my ALL LEVELS live virtual pole class this weekend. We’ll be working on this entry and combo on spin pole but it can all be done on static too. No pre-reqs for this class because there will be modifications for all levels.
