“O lubvi i druzhbe“ (Music -A. Turkel, tekst - I. Arkadjev) Noginsk ,1938 There was an old tradition in musical culture of Russia to write an answer to popular song, or romance. And sometimes the answer grew more popular than original. When Vadim Kozin wrote and sang his “Druzhba“ it became popular at once. “O lubvi i druzhbe“ (“About love and friendship“) was the answer on the song “Druzhba“. The tekst to this song wrote the husband of Izabella Yurjeva - Iosif Epshtein (Arkadjev). Yurjeva like Kozin had a great success with this song on the stage. There are words in it: “ The years are going to the past, but i can repeate you again and again, that that tendness wasn’t friendship, but the true love“.
