Lisiy Nos is the name of the cape in the northern part of of Neva Bay. Private land ownership on the territory of the modern Lisiy Nos was started in 1764, when Empress Catherine II granted the land of Lakhta Manor to Count Orlova. From May 1, 1813, the Lakhta Manor, which included Lisy Nos, was led by State Counsel Yakovlev. On October 5, 1844, Alexander Ivanovich Stenbok-Fermor became the new owner of the Lakhta estate. The family of Stenbock-Fermorov owned these lands until 1907. A holiday village
