This video is of the April 22, 1986 National Basketball Association Eastern Conference first round playoff Game 3 between the Boston Celtics and the Bulls in Chicago. It was broadcast on WLVI-TV 56 in Boston and picked up on WXXT-TV 20 in Connecticut. Gil Santos is the play by play announcer, and Hall of Famer Bob Cousy does the color. Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Robert Parish and the rest of the Celtics try to close out the Bulls in this best of five. Led by Michael Jordan, who famously erupted for 63 points in a Game 2 overtime loss, the Bulls have given the Celtics a bigger struggle than they anticipated.
