Russia mourns victims of concert shooting

Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed Russians on Saturday and declared Sunday a National Day of Mourning for the victims of the attack on a concert hall in Moscow.    Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Putin was seeking ways to divert blame for the massacre Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova retorted that Zelensky was “the only head of state crazy enough to blame Russia for the terrorist attack“.   Later on Saturday, Russian media aired footage of the location where law enforcement chased down the perpetrators of the attack.   Russian security service the FSB said a total of 11 suspects have been detained, including four alleged attackers.
