The building has a total of five floors including the roof deck area. They are labeled from first to sixth. No floor or room is labeled 4 as it is considered an unlucky number by the Chinese. Situated on the first floor is the admin office, a bar with 8 KTV rooms, a spa and massage area, and a canteen. Found on the second floor is the alleged prostitution den with an “aquarium“ viewing chamber and several bedrooms with toilet and bath for “extra service,“ and the workers’ dormitories. The third and fifth floor are the offices and offshore gaming operations. The laundry area and barracks are at the roof deck area.
