Noel Cole Witness Statement Concerning Harassment of our Family from Theodosia Missouri Community

Statement I, Noel Cole, am writing this as I am a witness to what I believe was harassment and stalking of Darrell McClanahan and April Miller McClanahan at their home at 291 Stehle Rd. Theodosia, MO. I was doing work for Sam’s wrecker service in Theodosia around 11/2020, when I overheard Sam Myers and Ron Stehle talking about this guy making Youtube videos about Ron. Ron seemed to be very hateful towards the man. I heard them say his youtube channel was Missouri Battleflag so I looked it up and started following him. I saw it was many of the same people that had harassed my father in the past. I thought the videos were quite justified as I knew how these people can be. On 1/16/21, Missouri Battleflag posted a video called “Gang Stalkers make a party out of harassing our family.” I recognized people in the video and their trucks. It was Tate and Lauren Stehle yelling along with Joshua Jones and Melanie Johns. They appeared to be very drunk and obnoxious in front of the McClanahan’s home. The very next day I went over and introduced myself to Darrell and let him know I knew who these people were and what they were doing and believed it was very wrong. Even if they don’t like you, they shouldn’t be doing this to you and your family. I confronted many of these people and asked them to leave the McClanahan’s alone. It did no good as his filming them only made them want to harass him and his family more it seemed like. I feel they were hazed out of their home that they were trying to sell. I spoke with Sherriff Cass Martin and Deputy Seth Miller. They both told me there was a course of conduct of investigation and wouldn’t tell me anything about what was going on, but I knew what was going on. Later, Darrell was criminally charged for supposedly damaging his own home. I knew this was not true and appeared at his preliminary hearing, testifying that him and his family left. He left me a key and me and my father were cleaning up the property as they were trying to sell it. Deputy Miller and Deputy John Russo showed up with Ron Stehle telling me we had to leave the property. After objecting, I locked the house up with Deputy Miller. I was questioned about this by Judge Bock at the preliminary hearing. They ran these people out of their house. I just want you to know this is wrong what happened to them, and I witnessed these people hazing them. Again, those people are Ronald Lee Stehle, Mark Thrift, Tate Stehle, Lauren Stehle Joshua Johns, Cole Suitor, Elijah Morepeth, Sam and Teresa Myers. This is just really outrageous that these people would do this to a family with small children when these people just wanted to be left alone. YouTube video Noel Cole tells all big thank you video testimonial to what happened to our family. Ozark County deputy Seth Miller still have his job ? Citizens should have a right to convene a grand jury SB874 -   Allows citizens to summon a grand jury by filing a petition with the local court Lavoy Finicum was murdered when traveling to ask a Sheriff to convene a citizen’s grand jury. Laclede County Missouri prosecutor Amy Folsom’s husband Henry Folsom Missouri highway patrolman shot Jeffrey Weinhaus under the influence of Ambien  and Prozac Matt Thompson reporting the shooting of Jeffrey Weinhaus Eric Schmidt tells him he works for the state. Not the people of Missouri. I know maybe he’s referencing this one incident although I think it represents his thoughts. Schmidt works for the people first. Not the state The shooting of Jeffrey Weinhaus has been continuously covered up by the attorney general’s office led by Josh Hawley with support from Governors Eric Greitens and Mike Parson. We must not back the blue blindly.
