This is a laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery) with fluorescent imaging demonstrated by Dr Deepraj Bhandarkar in an operative workshop recently. Fluorescent imaging is a new technology that allows visualisation of the bile ducts and enhances the safety of this commonly performed surgery. This video depicts a surgical procedure.
