Piccard’s Stratosphere Aka Stratosphere Balloon (1936)

Item title reads - Stratosphere balloon. Departure from Minneapolis - America (USA). Professor Piccard’s balloon ascends into the stratosphere. M/S of Piccard (not sure which one) tipping a balance so sand falls out. Various shots of this demonstration. L/S of the outer layer of the balloon on a table. M/S exterior as people hold it up. M/S of Piccard kneeling on the ground with the balloon, M/S of it in deflated state. M/S as the clear balloon starts to inflate. M/S of it ready to go. L/S as it is released and floats upwards.
