A split from two spectres that shouldn’t need much of an introductions for those fond of the rawest corners of nowadays Black Metal. Pissmoon is an entity sprawled from the coven of Atrocity Altar, a label born last year in australian soil with an already incredibly prolific and high quality roster, Pissmoon is no excepetion, presenting here deadly and melodic Raw Black Metal incantations reeking of disease and ritualism. On the other side, we have the triumphant return of Orgy of Carrion since 2017’s full length “Blood Washed Away the Grave Purity“. Sounding this time a bit more melodic than usual, even using keyboards on the first track, “The Emerging Signs“, with a sound somewhat closer to their brethren in Sanguine Relic. Nonetheless, these 3 tracks are still caustic, bleak and tormentous Black Metal. Released via Perverse Homage on cassette format.
