Pork Tenderloin Sandwich | Al Frugoni - Open Fire Cooking

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich! Pork tenderloin, my friends. This cut is the equivalent of filet mignon in the pork family, coming from the muscle that runs along the backbone. It’s so tender because this muscle doesn’t do much is the muscle along the central spine of the pig, more specifically, it’s not engaged in heavy work or weight-bearing activities. This lack of heavy lifting means the pork tenderloin remains tender and soft, making it a prime candidate for a meal that’ll impress without needing a day’s work to prepare.🤣 DO NOT overcook it, because it will dry out fast. This time I did it as a sandwich! Eat or pass?
