The Rubettes - As Sweet As You Are (Austrian TV, 1975)

The Rubettes were an English band, founded in 1973. Their famous hit song “Sugar Baby Love“ topped the charts in Great Britain and Germany in 1974. In the 1970s, the group also released successful singles such as “Tonight“, “I Can Do It“ and “Juke Box Jive“. Spotlight was a music show for the youth, which was aired between 1968 and 1978 by the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF). It was the counterpart to the shows “Beat Club“ or “Musikladen“ in Germany.
