Stir in the lime juice and garlic. Combine well. Add the chicken, radish, scallion, pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is combined and coated in the avocado mixture. Serve with corn chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy. NOTES I usually use a store-bought rotisserie chicken for ease and convenience.
