Kurva Geetha Wlo Mallesh, age: 26 Yrs Occ: Agriculture, Rlo Erla Dinee(V). Narva (M). Narayanpet (Dist). Facts: KIDNAPPED CHILD: - Master K Shiva Kumar sfo Mallesh age 6 yrs. On at 02:30 hrs Hussainialam Polico recaived a complaint from Smt. Kurva Geetha, Rlo Erla Dinee, Narayanpet (Dist). In which she stated she is 9 months pregnant, as such two and half weeks back she came to Maternity Hospital along with his son K. Shiva Kumar age:6 yrs and she was admitted at Hospital, Petlaburi, Hyderabad for medical checkup and delivery, n 23-01-2024 at about 1630 hrs when she was inside in the hospital his son Shiva Kumar was playing outside, after few minutes, when she came out and found missing of her son. She suspects that some unknown persons might have kidnapped her son Basing on the complainta case vide . 20/2024 U/Sec. 363 IPC was registered and investigated into, Under the supervision of ACP, Charminar Division formed (4) Special teas to trace the kidnapped child. Finally on sleuth of infomation apprehended the followirtg accused and rescued the kidnapped child at Hayathnagar Bus stop on s0-01-2024 at O900 hs A-1 Orusu Venkanna N/o Haliya (V), Anmula (m), Nalgonda(D). A-2 Orusu Kavitha W/o Orusu Venkanna, age: 26 yrs, Nio Haliva A-3:Darshanam Raju, R/o Baraakhat Gudem (V). Munagal (M) Suryapet (Absconding) MOTIVE FOR THE FFENCE: Accused A-1 Orsu Venkanna is nlo Haliya and 5 months back he came to Hyderabad and staying at Pedda Amberpet and eking livelihood by doing abour work at Hayat Nagar, since he is blessed with three daughters, he was eagerly waiting to adopt a male child to futfill his family desire, he met with A-3 Darshanam Naga Raju at his work place and shared his views of having male baby and the above said Raju promised A-1 Orsu Venkanna that he will adopt a male child for that he will be expecting one lakh rupees for the work, later the accused A-1 Orsu Venkanna accepted and agreed to pay sixty thousand upees to A-3 Darshanam Naga Raju after adopting the child On 23-01-2024 at 1630 hrs, the A-1 Orsu Venkarnna his wife A-2 Orsu Kavitha along with A-3 Darshanam Naga Raju and his wife A-4 Kalamma came to Government Maternity Hospital, Petlaburz and they noticed victim Shiva Kumar was playing outside and his mother was in inside the Hospital, they lured the victim boy by showing chocolates, when the victim boy came near to them they kidnapped him and went to Podda AmberpetL While we are moving along with teams from Peddamberpet to Hayath Nagar Bustand, On Credible information on morrning D900 hours at Hayath Nagar Bustand the above persons were apprehended. The arest was made and rescued the child by Sri. Shekar, Inspector of Police, Charminar PS, Sri , SHO PS Hussaiialam, Sri K. Swamy, D.l Hussainialam PS Sri. Bala Swamy, DI, Chaminar PS, SI , SI and, Sri Chary PC 3035 of PS Hussainialam, SiZaheer, PC 5744, Si Prem Kumar PC 8823 of Charminar PS under the supervision of Sri Rudra Bashker, ACP, Charminar Div, South Zone, Hyderabad.
