Updated side airbag testing ()

improvements: so its been almost a year since i last touched this and i had some time so i thought why not try and fix some of the issues that had been bugging me since i first made it stuff added - actually textured models instead of white squares - improved sensing and speed - more accurate n/b structure also the 2020 covet sticker is a joke so just ignore that as for a release, please don’t ask i will figure something out once i get it to a point where i’m satisfied with the way it works
