The Malta Marathon 2019 cancelled race Malta Storm 24/02/2019, big wave footage

On the weekend of 23rd and 24th February a group of around 35 Telford Harriers made the trip to Malta to run in both the Malta Marathon and Half Marathon races. Little did we know the weekend was to take a turn for the worse and the island of Malta be overtaken by a huge storm which resulted in organisers being forced to cancel the race due to safety concerns.
