Australian man reacts to seeing his local river begin to flow for the first time (Warning: Language)

My dad works at a 1 man police station in the remote north west Queensland town of Mckinlay, Australia (population 20). At the moment McKinlay is in the midst of a terrible drought, in fact, 86% of Queensland has been drought declared so you can imagine my dads ’double rainbow’ excitement at seeing the McKinlay river run! What a wonderful Christmas present!!!
