The famous Sinfonia from Cantata 29 “Wir danken Dir Gott, wir danken Dir“ (BWV 29) by J.S. Bach in an organ arrangement by Marcel Dupré. The Sinfonia is from the opening of Cantata #29 and is originally written for orchestra. It has also been transcribed for organ by Guilmant but the version by Marcel Dupré remains the most played organ arrangement. It is festive piece which leaves no room for pause for the performer.
