I’m sorry, I misread a few small words, but nothing that makes much difference to the sense. The painting is “The Land of Cockaigne“ or “Schlaraffenland“, 1567 by Pieter Brueghel. It refers to a land of plenty and sexual liberty, I urge you to read the article here: Note that some pictures on the web labelled A E Housman are actually his brother Lawrence.
