One of the dogs wears an imitation mink collar to match Mrs Grievson’s fur stole. The audience for the fashion show is mostly women who own poodles themselves - a certain kind of woman in the 1950s I would say... One of the women dog handlers wears a great ’50s outfit that has a big green felt skirt and a jumper with an appliquéd poodle on it. There are different designs for town or country and are designed to attract attention. Film ends with a poodle sitting under an umbrella wearing a macintosh and matching hat. F
