These options include direct repair, nerve conduit, or nerve grafting with the decision based on the core principle of nerve repair without tension. When direct repair is not an option, nerve reconstruction can include either an autograft, conduit, or acellularized nerve allograft. In this case, a 31-year-old patient presented nine-days following a laceration from a glass bottle to the right index ulnar digital nerve.
