Neverwinter Mod 19 - Base Mount Collars & Shard Of Empowerment Farm & Upgrade to Epic Guide

This is my first basic guide if you wish how to obtain base mount, whatever version of the mount you got equiped, rare, green, mythic, epic it does not matter, collars that i did trough fast farm of Master of The Hunt Skirmish. Naturally i was scalled down to 14k IL however i did it solo for the purpose of the video, end chest drops if you are in the group won`t matter, however rolls will be done for shard of empowerment unless party leader decides to put it on different loot party mode. This can be done in
