In this 30 minute total body no repeat workout, we’ll be using a combination of weight based exercises to build strength and shape your muscles and bodyweight cardio moves to blast fat and increase your fitness!
There are 3 Circuits that make up this total body no repeat workout. Complete each circuit of movements, working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Have 1 minute rest between circuits.
