At least 4 killed and 21 injured as Ukrainian shelling causes residential building collapse in Belgorod

A direct hit by Ukrainian artillery on an apartment building in Russia’s Belgorod caused 10 floors to collapse at once. At least 4 people were killed and 21 injured, local media says. According to preliminary data, the shell that caused the collapse was fired from the Vilkha MLRS.
