Alien Resurrection PAL Disc Swap Cheat

After watching Modern Vintage Gamer’s video on the newly revealed disc swap secret in Alien Resurrection on PS1, I was wondering if the same would work with the PAL version of the game. Luckily, I own a PAL copy of Alien Resurrection, along with an unmodded PAL console, a spring for the disc lid, and several burned PS1 discs.
