Our contribution to Space Force focused on a mischievous chimp named Marcus and his space-travelling companion, a dog named Theodore. The Weta Digital team created the photo-realistic chimpanzee using onset reference of an actor to bring an outstanding close-up facial performance for Marcus, including his hilarious communication through rude sign language gestures.
