Materials needed on the first day to mould are ✍️ Mould ✍️ Measurement tape ✍️ Material ✍️ Pad ✍️ Bowl ✍️ Water ✍️ Top bond ✍️ Thumb Tacks ✍️ Nylon ✍️ Hair cream  ( any oil base cream) ✍️ Scissors On the third day after the moulded fascinator has dried these are the materials needed ✍️  Hat wire ✍️ Masking tape ✍️ Alice Band ✍️ Bias ✍️ Electric glue gun ϧ
