One of the things I learned about Kansas City was that in the 90’s companies moved out to the suburbs from downtown. In the last 10 years, office spaces have been converted to condos and apartments so there seems to be a really lively and vibrant community there. Lots of people had taken their dogs out for walks and people were headed home from work. I’m sure the weather and light added a lot to the town but I really enjoyed my brief visit.
