In this video, my client, a bikini model came in to get a bodywork session done to help alleviate some of the mobility issues and muscle tightness she was experiencing due to her intense weight training for an upcoming competition she was preparing for. She does a lot of modeling work as well as train 5-6 days a week so there’s a lot of things we needed to fix including her glute tightness, hamstring tightness, and lower back. We had to make sure to get her body in tip top form for her competition season.
