I’m using a Machine Gun backing track which features Band Of Gypsys members Billy Cox and Buddy Miles (which is on YouTube) but I’ve edited it in Cubase so it’s just instrumental and no vocals. I’m a big Jimi Hendrix fan and I’ve been messing around with Machine Gun for quite a while, trying to get the vibe and feel right and getting ideas from the different live Hendrix versions out there and also by listening to Randy Hansen’s versions.
