East Idaho News obtained the clip from a neighbor’s doorbell camera of the now-missing 7-year-old playing with another child in the yard of a housing complex where he lived last year. It’s dated less than a week before cops say the boy’s mother, Lori Daybell, took him out of school in Rexberg, Idaho.
