Mi-24 “Hind“

The Mi-24 is a Russian, multipurpose attack helicopter. The largest operator of the Mi-24 is Russia with more than 360 in service. Russia operates the Mi-24PN, which uses modern avionics including a FLIR camera and fixed landing gears. The Mi-24PN is armed with a plethora of weaponry including upto 4x lethal 9M120 Ataka-V anti-tank guided missile, upto 4x FAB-250/500 (free fall bombs), upto 4x ZAB-500 (thermobaric bomb), and upto 4x UB-32 multi-launch rocket pods (All but the Ataka-V, depending on mission loadout), and a 4-barrel Yak-B gattling gun, mounted in a VSPU-24 pod under the nose of the Mi-24 The Mi-24 also has the capacity to carry 8 fully loaded troops, or can be used for medivac with 4x stretchers.
