Kansas City Chief fans flee for lives as killer gunman rakes crowd with bullets

THE victory parade for the Kansas City Chiefs’ second straight Super Bowl championship has ended in tragedy. As the rally came to a close, police reported that shots had been fired near Union Station and asked fans to leave. At least 22 victims, including nine children, were shot in the tragic attack, Kansas City Police Department confirmed on Wednesday. Lisa Lopez-Galvin, a radio DJ, was killed in the shooting, local radio station KKFI confirmed in a Facebook post. Three people have been detained for investigation. It comes after Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the rest of the Chiefs addressed the crowd in downtown Kansas City following the two-mile parade.
