- 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut.
- ½ Cup Condensed Milk.
- Almonds.
Method:
- Roast Almonds in an oven or a microwave.
- Mix 1 cup coconut and condensed milk together until combined.
- Coat a hazelnut in this mixture and roll into a ball.
- Roll each ball into coconut flakes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. They keep well refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
